Our day was filled with creativity, collaboration, and a touch of magic, as we worked with both familiar and new vendors to bring this vision to life. The result? A collection of moments that beautifully captured the essence of love, adventure, and the blossoming of spring.

The Concept and Inspiration

For this styled shoot, the concept was deeply rooted in the essence of spring—new beginnings, fresh blooms, and the soft, romantic hues that accompany the season. Castillo Del Mar, with its coastal elegance and lush surroundings, provided the perfect backdrop for this vision. The venue’s stunning architecture and natural beauty inspired a theme that married classic romance with modern sophistication.

The color palette drew from the soft pastels of spring—think blush pinks, sage greens, and touches of gold to add a hint of luxury. The florals were abundant, with cascading arrangements that felt as if they were naturally growing throughout the space. Every detail, from the table settings to the bridal attire, was chosen to evoke a sense of effortless elegance, aligning perfectly with the venue’s charm and the spirit of the season.

This shoot was a beautiful blend of new and familiar collaborations. Working with new vendors always brings a fresh perspective and excitement to a project. For this shoot, we partnered with Natalie Blooms, whose innovative floral designs truly captured the essence of spring. Their ability to create arrangements that felt both luxurious and organic was a perfect match for the theme.

On the other hand, we also relied on the trusted expertise of our familiar partners, Archive Rentals, With Love Media Co., and Infinite Beauty LA, who have a keen eye for capturing intimate moments, were instrumental in bringing the vision to life. Their ability to work seamlessly with the new team ensured that every shot was a perfect blend of style and substance. The mix of new and old relationships created a synergy that elevated the entire shoot, making it an unforgettable experience.

The final results of the shoot were nothing short of magical. Each element came together harmoniously to create a visual feast that perfectly encapsulated the theme of spring romance. The images captured the venue’s breathtaking beauty, the intricate details of the decor, and the genuine emotion that our models portrayed.

One of the standout moments was the sunset ceremony setup, where the golden light perfectly complemented the pastel palette, casting a warm, dreamy glow over the scene. With all of that being said, I loved that one of my favorite photographers, Melissa of Milk & Honey Film Co., and her husband were our models for the day.

The photographers did an exceptional job of capturing not just the grand scenes, but also the intimate details—the lace on the bride’s gown, the texture of the floral arrangements, and the joy in the couple’s expressions. Being a photographer herself, Melissa knew what positions and moments would help Kelsey of With Love Media Co. These images tell a story, one of love, beauty, and the timeless appeal of spring weddings.
